Iced tea is a delicious beverage that some people love, and are prepared at home or eat canned foods, and some do not know the benefits.
Nutritionist Dr. Marwa Imam says that iced tea contains no artificial sweeteners.

Marwa added that iced tea should not be overestimated because too much of it is turned into an antibody, where iced tea contains caffeine, so excessive consumption causes dehydration of the body, a load on the kidneys and kidney failure. So, it’s better to eat only one cup a day.
